Who we are
A Dhaka recruitment agency built around one corridor — and built to do it properly.
Most agencies chase every market. We chose Saudi Arabia, and put our partnerships, our testing and our documentation capacity behind it.
Partners on both ends
We work in partnership with Thawabet and Reliable Forces Ltd in Saudi Arabia. Your demand is handled by people who understand the Saudi side of the file, not only the Dhaka side.
A genuinely deep bench
A registered nationwide pool across every district of Bangladesh, including a large Gulf-return cohort who already know site discipline, Saudi labour rules and workplace Arabic.
Infrastructure already in place
We share premises and back-office systems with E-SA Services Ltd, a BMET-licensed recruitment group with its own training institute — so documentation, testing and compliance capacity is established, not improvised.
What we do
Eight services that cover the whole file, demand letter to arrival.
Overseas Recruitment to Saudi Arabia
Our core service. We source, screen, test and mobilise Bangladeshi workers against your demand letter — from a single technician to a full project crew.
SRV-02Bulk & Project Mobilisation
Large-scale intakes for construction, petroleum and municipality contracts, planned against your site programme so crews land when the work starts.
SRV-03Trade Testing & Skill Verification
Every skilled candidate is tested before you see the shortlist. Practical trade tests are run in Dhaka, with video evidence sent to your engineers.
SRV-04Visa Processing & Documentation
We run the paperwork end to end — attestation, Musaned and Qiwa formalities, stamping and BMET clearance — so nothing stalls at the embassy.
SRV-05Medical & Fitness Coordination
All candidates are booked through approved GCC medical centres and cleared fit before ticketing, keeping rejection rates at arrival low.
SRV-06Pre-departure Orientation & Ticketing
Workers arrive briefed. We cover Saudi labour law basics, site discipline, safety conduct and workplace Arabic before they board.
SRV-07Executive & Technical Search
Engineers, supervisors, QA/QC and management roles filled through targeted search rather than volume sourcing.
SRV-08Post-arrival Support & Replacement
Our responsibility does not end at the airport. We stay in contact through the probation period and replace unsuitable workers on agreed terms.
How a deployment runs
Eight stages. You always know which one your file is on.
This sequence is fixed — skipping a stage is how workers get rejected at the airport or sent home from site. We do not skip stages.
Demand received
You send your demand letter, visa authority and job offer with trade, quantity, salary, duty hours and benefits. We confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
Documents attested
Power of attorney, demand letter and agency agreement are attested through the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka and registered with BMET.
Sourcing from the labour pool
We draw from our own registered pool and district-level network across Bangladesh, filtering on trade, experience and Gulf-return history.
Trade test & interview
Skilled candidates sit a practical trade test. You attend in person, join by video call, or review our recorded evidence — your call.
Selection & offer
You approve the shortlist. Offers are issued, contracts signed in Bengali and English, and every worker keeps a copy.
Medical clearance
Candidates are booked through GAMCA / Wafid approved centres. Only fit-certified workers move forward.
Visa stamping & BMET clearance
Visas are stamped, Musaned and Qiwa formalities completed with your PRO, and government emigration clearance issued.
Ticketing & arrival
Flights are booked, workers are briefed and dispatched, and we confirm arrival with your site team.

Frequently asked
Questions employers and workers ask us
What does XP Manpower Solutions do?
XP Manpower Solutions is a Bangladesh-based international manpower recruitment agency. We recruit, trade-test, document and mobilise Bangladeshi workers for employers in Saudi Arabia — across construction, oil and gas, municipality (Baladia), facility management, retail, transport and hospitality. We have been operating since August 2022 from Dhaka, and work in partnership with Thawabet and Reliable Forces Ltd in Saudi Arabia.
Is XP Manpower Solutions a licensed recruiting agency?
Yes. We operate under BMET licence RL-0000 — ADD BMET LICENCE NO., issued by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training under the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, Government of Bangladesh. Every deployment we handle is processed through official government emigration clearance.
Which countries do you supply manpower to?
Saudi Arabia is our core corridor and where our partnerships and track record sit. We have supplied workers to more than 50 leading Saudi construction, petroleum, manpower-supply and municipality organisations. Enquiries for other GCC markets are handled case by case — email help@xpmnp.com.
How long does it take to mobilise workers to Saudi Arabia?
For a standard demand with documents already attested, a typical intake runs 35 to 60 days from demand letter to arrival. Unskilled and semi-skilled bulk intakes are usually at the faster end; trades needing certification, specialist testing or re-medicals take longer. We give you a written timeline with your quotation, not a guess.
What documents does a Saudi employer need to send?
Four things start the process: the demand letter on company letterhead, the visa authority (wakala), a power of attorney in our favour, and a job offer stating trade, quantity, salary, duty hours, overtime, accommodation, food, transport and contract length. We prepare drafts of all four for you if it is your first intake with us.
Do you conduct trade tests before selection?
Yes, for every skilled trade. Practical tests are run at approved test centres in Dhaka. You can attend in person, join a live video call, or review the recorded evidence we send with each shortlist. Welders, electricians, HVAC technicians, drivers and heavy-equipment operators are always tested.
What trades can you supply?
More than 60 trade categories across eight families: civil and construction, MEP and electro-mechanical, oil and gas, municipality and cleaning, transport and logistics, retail and hospitality, engineering and supervisory, and agriculture. The full list is on our trades page. If a trade is not listed, ask — our sourcing network covers most of it.
How does a worker apply for a job through XP?
Submit your details through the worker registration form, or email your CV and passport copy to help@xpmnp.com. Registration is free. We contact you when a demand matching your trade and experience opens. Keep your passport valid for at least 18 months.
Which Saudi companies have XP workers been deployed to?
Our workers have been deployed to more than 50 Saudi organisations, including Saudi Aramco, NESMA, El Seif Engineering, Zamil Shipyard, IMI (International Maritime Industries), SMASCO, SRACO, the Ministry of Defense, Al Rashid Group, Seder Group, Al Majal, Al Mawarid, LuLu Hypermarket, Panda Hypermarket, Samaya Group, SASCO, Initial Group, Bawan Al Memar, Safari Group, Shell, Al Yamama and Al Drees. The fuller list is on our clients page.
What makes XP different from other Bangladeshi recruiting agencies?
Three things. First, a Saudi-side partnership with Thawabet and Reliable Forces Ltd, so demands are handled by people on both ends of the corridor. Second, trade testing with evidence before you see a shortlist, which is what keeps site rejection rates down. Third, we share premises and back-office systems with E-SA Services Ltd, a BMET-licensed recruitment group — so documentation, training and compliance capacity is already built, not improvised.
